Happy Birthday to me ... 2011

Yay its finally my birthday (Now im 21 - 2) and i had a awesome week lol ... for once i celebrated my birthday the whole week and its not over till today , wait wait i mean till tomorrow because i was born on Hanuman Jayanti ( Hindu calender) so we can just say im a lucky bugger lol. Cheer everyone (^^,)

Holidays end, classes start again

Two whole damn week just not enough for me. Like seriously, been a good first term, and you just got two week off to spill and chill but gotta admit, i'm glad i had holidays, better than students who had presentations to do lol . They got like no holidays at all.. pity right. so what did i do for my holidays?

• I Jailbroke my Playstation 3 ( Soo awesome to play games of my hard drive. ALL FREE (^^,) )
• I Jailbroke my iPod Touch (Really cool games with better then PSP graphics ALL FREE)
• Formatted my Laptop ... that was sad but i learnt how cool the Lenovo recovery system is !
• Took my mum out for shopping ... hey hey at least i tried my best to make it a awesome afternoon.
• Helped my dad at shop ... it was one day but it was still something lol 
• Fixed my Desktop PC
• Went for a wedding lol
• Spent my time wisely ... (*^,) WINK WINK (*^,)
• Mmm what else did i do ... oh oh lets just say i solved local conflict ... Single Handedly (^^,).
• Watched the Twilight Saga ( Took a few nights of falling asleep but i did it yay lol )
• Did not open a textbook lol
• Lastly i found my love for loud rock music again ... yay. 

Looking at this list ya i was bored this holiday but i actually did quite a bit ... HOLIDAY WELL SPENT LOL (^^,).


REMINDER MY BIRTHDAY IS A WEEK AWAY ... CANT WAIT FOR THE 17TH.

The new year used to be observed around the first day of spring. Then the Roman Empire moved the new year back to January (around the first day of winter), and they used to make fun of the people who didn't make the change and still celebrated in April.


Some countries have their own traditions ...
In Scotland, for instance, April Fool's Day is devoted to spoofs involving the buttocks and as such is called Taily Day. The butts of these jokes are known as April 'Gowk', another name for cuckoo bird. The origins of the "Kick Me" sign can be traced back to the Scottish observance.

In England, jokes are played only in the morning. Fools are called 'gobs' or 'gobby' and the victim of a joke is called a 'noodle.' It was considered back luck to play a practical joke on someone after noon.

In Rome, the holiday is known as Festival of Hilaria, celebrating the resurrection of the god Attis, is on March 25 and is also referred to as "Roman Laughing Day."

In Portugal, April Fool's Day falls on the Sunday and Monday before lent. In this celebration, many people throw flour at their friends.

The Huli Festival is celebrated on March 31 in India. People play jokes on one another and smear colors on one another celebrating the arrival of Spring.

So, no matter where you happen to be in the world on April 1, don't be surprised if April fools fall playfully upon you.

You want to know why this simple network is so great, because sometimes less is more.Why is Twitter better than Facebook? Twitter is a place where you have freedom of expression where as Facebook is like a community where u will be judged if you express yourself, also Facebook lets you mainly interact with your friends whereas Twitter opens the world to you and you can learn alot from the world!
